I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including the transportation to and from activities; and I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless The Woodlands Runners, Dan Green Camps, CISD and the organizers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, participants, volunteers and other persons for any claim arising out of injury to my child.
